AV Dispatch Flat Rates

Flat rates are, generally, less than meter rates for rides over two miles when paid in cash.

Flat rates paid by credit or debit card are subject to a surcharge and must be paid prior to the vehicle being dispatched or upon entering the vehicle as determined by dispatcher.

Flat rates paid in cash must be paid upon entering the vehicle in advance of ride.

Flat rates are authorized and quoted over the phone prior to the vehicle being dispatched and cannot be requested through the driver.

Flat rates are not accepted by all drivers and cannot be guaranteed until the vehicle is dispatched.
