LASD Lancaster Station: Arrests made for February pellet gun vandalism






LASD Lancaster Station - Lancaster, California - March 13, 2014



During the weekend of February 22, approximately 67 documented vandalisms occurred throughout the City of Lancaster. Several businesses, homes, and vehicles had their windows shot out with a pellet gun.
On Tuesday (03-11-14), Lancaster Deputies with the LAN-CAP Team arrested Suspect Koty Jewkes for Felony Vandalism at a home located on the 2600 Block of Via Ramona.

On Thursday, their investigation continued and led them to the arrest of two other suspects in Rosamond. Suspects Elijah Pointer and Kevin White were located at a home on the 1300 Block of Rosamond Blvd. Additional evidence such as pellet guns were located at both homes.

Suspect Jewkes was charged with Felony Vandalism, Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Shooting at an Inhabited Vehicle, and other charges pending. He was held on $230,000 bail. Suspect Pointer was arrested for Felony Vandalism and held on $50,000 bail. Suspect White was arrested for Conspiracy and held on $50,000 bail.
