UPDATE December 1, 2013: Abducted Harbor City boys recovered safe; Father, stolen car still sought

Suspect Charles Samuel Baines Sr. took his two children (Charles Samuel Baines Jr. MW/ 10 and Nathaniel James Baines MW/9) on Wed, Nov. 27, 2013, from the 24800 block of Normandie Avenue, Harbor City (Co.), while his mother, the custodial grandparent, slept.
Suspect Baines does not have custody of the children and did not have permission to take the children with him. The suspect and children are in a stolen vehicle, belonging to custodial grandparent. The vehicle is a red 2008 Kia Spectra 4-door, license plate # 6FMN288.
Suspect Charles Samuel Baines Sr. is a resident of Harbor City and is described as a male black, 36 years old, brown eyes, shaved head, 6’4 feet tall, 270 pounds. Suspect Baines has a facial tattoo with the words “Drug Cartel” on his left cheek. He is currently on parole and has mental health issues. Additional investigation revealed that the suspect may be now currently in Mexico.
